Do view exercises in the morning like burpees, sit-ups, planks, push-up or squats, they are super easy exercises, that are very effective.
Find a local class
What a better way to explore a place, than to participate in local workout class. You get to meet the locals, experience how they workout and possibly discover new workout routine.
