INGREDIENTS:

  • Uncooked veggies of your selection! We used about 1/4 cup – 1/2 cup complete of every.
    • We used 1/2 cup of zucchini, child kale, artichokes, roasted pink peppers, cherry tomatoes, & then used about 1/4 cup kalamata olives, & sundried tomatoes.
  • Recent Basil (a few handful of leaves)
  • Dressing of selection
    • We used Natural “Herbs de Provence” from Complete Meals
  • 1 Bag of Chook’s Eye Lentil Pasta

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Warmth your lentil pasta in a pan over medium warmth till heat. Don’t over-cook as it should get just a little mushy and also you need it to carry up within the salad.
  • Whereas that’s heating, chop your uncooked veggies & handful of basil to your required form.
  • Add your veggies right into a bowl after which add in your heated up pasta.
