We Opened Our Personal Coaching Studio!!

After a few years of concepts, visions, goals, & arduous phrase, we opened our personal Studio!!
Let me introduce you to True Coaching Studio proper right here in Bristol, Rhode Island.
I truthfully can’t consider we’re already 2 months in as time is really flying by (particularly once you’re having enjoyable).
We’ve put literal blood, sweat, tears, and arduous work into this area and it wouldn’t even be a factor with out my superb husband, purchasers, mates, & household which have really supported us alongside the way in which.
Unsure they even understand how really grateful I’m for every one among them.
If you happen to’ve been a very long time reader of my weblog, you’ll know that I’ve at all times signed off on the finish of every publish with “be true to you” as “sincerely, Kasey” at all times felt a bit too formal for me.
The phrase true has at all times been one thing I’ve come again to every time I really feel like I may be doubting myself or doubting a call….simply come again to what feels “true” to me.
When it got here to naming my studio, I had performed round with so many alternative names and at some point within the automobile with Corey I stated out loud “True Coaching Studio” and we each checked out one another like yeah, that’s it.
We began placing the studio collectively, piece by piece, in July and opened our doorways August 14, 2023.

To say this has been a full circle second, is simply the brief model of this meant to be story.
Once we moved to Rhode Island in 2015, I bear in mind Corey and I saying “oh we’ll simply be there for just a few years and are available again” however we shortly fell in love with the state, the folks, and the small city group so having a “residence” right here simply feels proper.
As a Private Coach, you be taught to be artistic with no matter area you’re given. I’ve taught courses in parks, basements (thanks, Dana!), backyards, streets, driveways, over zoom, facetime, & in lots of gyms all through the years.

I couldn’t be extra excited to maintain this journey going and may’t wait to see what one other 8 years appears to be like like surrounded by probably the most superb purchasers and group.
If there’s one factor I can say to hopefully encourage another person is to take the leap scared.
(Barely obsessive about this jacket to throw on to and from the studio).
You’re by no means going to really feel “absolutely prepared” or “absolutely ready” to make an enormous change and there might be days of tension (many days lol) and doubt, however on the finish of the night time, you do one of the best you possibly can, and I swear issues move into place.
